just recently downloaded Igo Amigo for my cheap china gps rear view mirror...
i followed instructions posted on the another thread by a fellow member and was extremely straight forward. however, when i run the program on the system, i get the iGO Amigo splash screen and then i get:
fatal error occurred in main thread
As i looked at the programs i downloaded (iGO8&9, Primo, Amigo) neither one of them had a sys.txt file however, inside the Primo there are 3 additional folders to coorresponding supported resolutions which have sys.txt files within each folder.
Am i missing a sys.txt file for Amigo to get it to boot up? if so, is there somewhere i can download a default Amigo sys.txt file?
For primo, you need to edit sys.txt (for your hardware resolution) and change all occurances of "Storage Card" to "SDMMC". Primo will then be able to locate all the required files. sys.txt should be in the \primo folder.
For igo8 and amigo, delete everything in the \igo8\save and \amigo\save directories respectively. Let the programs scan your hardware from scratch.
If they have any entries in \igo8\sys.txt or \amigo\sys.txt, change all occurances of "Storage Card" to "SDMMC"
If I'm not mistaken, for all igo, rebooting a few times with fatal errors, will cause the program to eventually ask if you want to do a factory reset. Just say yes.
All voice files must remain in zip format.
