6-7 digit Post Codes

Hi guys

Anyone had this issue before?

Can not put 6-7 digit post codes in my iGO Primo (9.6.5) for some reason (United Kingdom).

It just takes first 3 and then shows me couple examples but not the one which I am looking for.

Not too sure if this is the map, software or settings issue.

Change TomTom (Teleatals) maps to Navteq and still the same.



Any ideas?

Added couple licences to the "licence" folder and all working fine now.

I have a similar problem. IGO primo 9.6.7.235654

Swedish postal code looks like this: 143 30 - with a space
when I am search postcode, for a space behind the third digit can no longer enter the remaining two digits, but it is strange that the bottom of the results can be opened.

Please help!

Would you mind to share how your do it? It only allowed to to key-in 2 digit.

It might be a silly question but are u putting a space between the post code like this bb7 4nd. im not sure if thats what i was doing wrong but i used another map before i tried putting the space on the old map.
