canada / usa tmc on primo

hi i got primo 2 9.62 with navq maps 2012q3 canada/usa
and wanna know if i can get tmc to work on it for canada and america
is there and licence i can put in the primo 2 program
my gps is mio c520 can the primo tmc work with a mio tmc cradle
in canada and america

Sorry but TMC will only work in NA if you subscribe to the service. Costs money.
