Confirmation, this version is very very nice, plenty of maps (eastern europe, turkey, greece), languages, cams works OK, really nice release, just what I needed !
(iphone 4 jailbreak v 5.0.1)

update:
your custom txt files with cameras wont work, cameras are stored in different format "FullEurope_Eifrig.spc" and those cameras work nice, I ve checked the locations, for my country, Bosnia, its quite OK, also maps for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Serbia are quite outdated, you ll have to find recent maps (dig around - easy to find)

Ajde kazi mi koji custom .txt fajl kod tebe ne radi? I otkad su TopMap 2011.07 Q3 Mape zastarale? Jedino da uzmes novse od Navteq 2011.Q3, ali one nisu detaljnije kao TopMap Mape!

I ll write in English because of the others

I ve made custom txt speedcam file thorough the years (using igo for 6/7 years..) because before I had iGO8 so I entered every cam I noticed on the road, also by time I added all txt files with speedacams I could find for Bosnia to one txt file. After that converted all of that to KML and in google earth whicih read KML repositioned cams and cleaned duplicates so I believe I have most detailed speedcams for Bosnia. Those cams are in TXT file which was working nice in iGO I had before (1.2 something, igo amigo) but that file doesnt work with iGO primo.

I was trying to put the txt file with the diskaid in the content/speedcam folder and also in the root/speedcam folder but no luck.

Regarding the maps you mentioned I have quite simple system to check it, there is one not so well known road from Travnik to Banja Luka whicih is not in the version of maps whicih was installed with the program therefore I consider my maps more detailed (also map and poi files are bigger so I believe that means something too).

My version is 2011.07. Navigo 110812, not sure about the map providers you mentioned, Im not a pro

Izmedu iGo8, Amigo itd. i ovog novog Primo 2.x...... ima velika razlika. KML nemozez tako jednostavno da ubacis i da omda prorade.

Regarding to the maps. Look at the picture. You'll notice that the map of Bosnia is also of Navigo 110812.

Pozz, meni nece da prikaze mapu Srbije TopMap 2011.07 Q3 na ovoj verziji. Pogledao sam u License direktorijum i tamo vidim World i West Europe licence. Da li mi treba posebna licenca za istocnu evropu? --Hvala unapred!
