How to create IGO skin or how to open the skin exist to edit them?

Hi, i want to change some picture about my igo primo, but i can't open the .bmp picture in the skin package by photoshop, how to do it?

I have tried this tool and it does not work for me to compress a BMP file. It remains frozen in the middle of the process and I have to force the closing. Then this error appears: " Run-time error 440 ".
