I managed to start the download of part1 and part2, but part3 yields the following error. Any suggestion on alternative link?

Check the file name for capitalization or other typing errors.
Check to see if the file was moved, renamed or deleted.

OK, guys. I need your help.
I downloaded the maps as 3 .rar files to my desktop PC running W7. I looked at their contents and there are there folders deb, fbl, and poi. There does not seem to be any .exe file .txt files etc. So, how I create from the above .rar files a Primo nav system on an SD ?
