How come the fbl is only 10mb? The previous version is more then 20mb.Quote:

but the base map that in the rar file is from 2009.2 and not from 2013.1 as listed
Well, this basemap was in the folder of what they published with the 2013.01 maps. It has the time-stamp of 3/1/2013.
I found out that it's smaller than the basemap that I use, so it should be older.
