    Bluepanther Rubin device:
I get off my comments about this GPS which is not any more sold and as I have been refund after return of my item.
Integrated TMC software to activate was not properly developed but was a demo version time limited.
After claim to the vendor and refund by vendor he fitted it off from his shop.
So this is last word about

    Eskro:
    I'm using a Nav740 with Igo 8 on it I am considering a 7" model with FM transmitter. I see your top 5 includes the dimension033 7".
I assume by your thread in the Igo forum that it will work ok with Igo 8 software. I also see it only has a 128b ram how good is it in your opinion.
My 740 is pretty good at not getting far behind the location I am at, and the speed of operation is pretty good. I also have both types of maps on it.
What I like about mine is it has 16 million points of interest which I have not found on other GPS's The points of interest are part of the original Nav 740 package, but they don't make GPS's anymore. I want to copy them over to the new one. Do you think this is possible with the dimension033 7"?

Re: My TOP 5 gps devices!!

128mb of ram is enough to run iGO8 fluidly 100% no lags....

regarding POI's import i don know...

but what i know is, i have POI's for North America

with over 14 972 500 up-to-date POIs, including: United States, Canada and Mexico.

i think thats enough for me,,,

Re: My TOP 5 gps devices!!

Its enough if they are where your at. 1.2mil or 6mil that are all in big cities are enough if you live in the big cities so when you live in the country you need a lot to have some where you live. I D/L the new maps and poi's and they work ok on my Nav740. So I assume they will work on the 7"
    thanks
