3D Terrain button missing

I am using iGo Primo 2.0 Build 9.6.5.211211 (Dec 07 2011). I do not see the 3D terrain button on map settings. Please help me! I have the files but I need to turn it on.

There must be 3d terrain button, but make sure to scroll down to the bottom in map settings menu. Anyway, 3D terrain must be active by default if there is a .dem file in Primo\content\dem\ folder.

If you still could not find the button, there must be a string in sys file which is preventing 3d terrain, but this is most unlikely..
