I have tried many times to change the loading screen for the Primo 2 (international version), but every time I replace the loading screen, the program fails to load. I have customized the regular Primo version with no problem but there is something different about this international version. Can you please tell me how to customize the loading screen of the international version?
My resolution is 800x480. But if I change even one file in the data.zip, I get this error. I have tried to add new voices, etc. and every time I change even 1 thing, I get this exact same error. The splash screen (loading screen) is what I really want to change. There are many .bmp files that were already in the ui_igo9\resolution_800x480 folder, but if I change the sys.txt to point to ANY of them, then I get this exact same error.
Also, I am not sure if I should be focusing on the loading files located in Primo>ui_igo9>resolution_800x480 OR the loading files located in Primo>data.zip>ui_igo9>resolution_800x480. Both of these locations had files pre-installed in the International version, but I can't figure out how to point to them. Is there something that needs to be changed in the sys.txt?
I understand the simple method. I changed my loading screen many times on the regular Primo version. But something is VERY different about the international version. Does anyone know how to change the loading screen on the International version of Primo?
but you certainly has that in most data.zip files are packed? If you change this now unpacked and then integrates back is broken, the data.zip normal.
Rename and move files within the data.zip I'm generally with WinRar v3.93. So I can also unpack once and move files within the Data.zip.
Everything else that comes else in ui_iog9 folder that I leave up in the separate folder, as you can work with 'open' files here.
I hope you can understand it? my english is not great, but google :-)
When you use skins, such as dimka skin, then you'll probably failed to change the Loading/Exiting Screen.
All you have to do is go to folder: .../Content/Skin/
Then open the zip file using winrar. You will find another Loading.bmp and Exiting.bmp there.
Change those files with your *.bmp screen, then close Winrar.
