As above, trying to refresh my Igo 8.3 with new 2010 UK maps and POI's, also looking for Speed Cameras for 2010 if anyone has links!?

I've got a UK AVIC-F900BT. I found Europe wide speed camera file (spud format) but it then booted about 4 times slower! If anyone has UK speed camera POI file then please do let me / us know how we can get hold of it.
