Can not fine the directory "content/userdata/poi/" in Igo Primo World 9.6.3.204746 installed on my iPhone 4. I tried to create the folder and put the file in but still cannot work

Works on all WnCE Igo software.
Create folder in content/userdata
Create 2 sub folders/ poi & usericon
Put all files in " poi " folder/
Pois will appear whilst navigating
