Put the kml file in content/userdata/poi
If the directory does not exist - create it

If your only problem is with the sound warnings, then no, you don't have to do any of that--a speedcam.txt file is just fine for iGo/Primo to create the proper database. Check to be sure that you have the warnings enabled in the Sound and Warnings section of Settings (and that you accepted the 'legal' disclaimer). If these warnings are already enabled...do you get all other sounds and voices OK?

In the sound menu i have these options : Speed warning settings ; alert point settings and warning sign alerts. There is no speedcam settings as it suppose to.
I also can hear saying go 3.2km bla bla when i do a simulate route.

speedcam and kml files are different.
Text points to the co-ordinates of the speedcam.
KML shows the popup icon on the map or route

Well that is what i am saying, i downloaded a txt file with cameras, and i copy it into speedcam folder. Now when i browse map, or create simulated route, i can see the cameras as poi small icons, but when i get close to it via simulated route, there is no warning message or sound.

Go back to Australia for your answer.
    ;-)
You do NOT need to mess about with KML files--this has absolutely nothing to do with the sound or icon warnings. Both are built into Primo. SIMULATION is your problem right now. There are no speedcams or warnings (sound or otherwise) in Simulation Mode.
AND you need to get a satellite lock at least once with the speedcam.txt file in place before you can enable the warnings for such.

    Re: Igo Primo speedcam problem

I got another issue with voice-warnings using TTS Pro in Primo 1.2.
It seems that after I marked the different speedcam-types in TTS Pro, I get a generic warning voice (speed control) and not a differentiated one as I put into my sys.txt.
Is there a way to get the differentiated voice-warning back when using TTS Pro ?

    Re: Igo Primo speedcam problem

Good day: You need the TTS file and also the speedcam do not activate unless you are driving in real time. Also, remember that there is a 15 meters of so delay due to accuracy ie you may hear the alert 15 meters after passing the point of cam.
