So I unlock my mio with Mio_Moov_Unlock and I have the blue desktop but no Primo.exe app find on it, so I found this last on start panel "FileManCe" and double clic on it bur I have an error message which say "global_cfg" not found.
I certainly have wrong method and or dismiss something, but I have no idea of the problem.

Hello,
I have a MIO MOOV M405 and I successfully installed the following version of Igo Primo :
http://gpsunderground.com/forum/igo-models-listing/9976-igo-primo%E2%84%A2-v1-2-9-2-1-179499-feb-15-2011-320x240-480x272-800x480-working.html
You don't have to unlock your device. Just save all the files of the flash of your MIO device on the hard disk of your computer.
Delete the G:\Navman directory of your device (G: is the letter of my Mio Device in Windows file explorer)
Copy the complete Igo application in "G:\Program Files" directory (the igo directory is named G:\Program Files\gno12 in my case)
Delete all the content of the appstartupsec.ini file which is inside the G:\Program Files\Navman directory of your device and paste the following configuration :
[AppStartupSec]
TurnOffConsole=TRUE
[Process1]
RelativePath=FALSE
ProcessFile=\Program Files\gno12\Igo.exe
ProcessCmdLine=
ProcessDbgFile=
ProcessDbgCmdLine=
MaxRestarts=0
Major=FALSE
WindowName=IgoPrimo
MaxCloseMessages=10
You just need to put the maps, building, speedcam and Poi you want in the correct directory inside G:\Program Files\gno12\content:
voice
tmc
speedcam
skin
scheme
poi
phoneme
map_ot
map_nt
map
lang
global_cfg
car
building
dem
and to find the correct languages.

Yakka
I would be cautious with deleting directories and files: you may rather want to rename them in case things do not work out and need to be restored.
You also may consider to unlock your mio moov 500 first and put iGO or other navigation software on a SD-card.

Before to delete I said it was necessary to save the complete flash.
Unfortunatly there is no SD card in the M405
OK, sorry I must have overread that, probably because of the name of the threat (iGO primo™ v1.2 (9.2.1.178658) on Mio Moov 500 what's wrong?) where you address your problem with a Mio Moov M405 which is a bit confusing and misleading.
