Hi everyone...
Could you please give me a hand, I do have a 2din chinese gps unit, currently running igomyway 6, which is no longer supported for upgrade, I would like to install a newer version or newer gps software.
It is running wince 5.0
the following is my sys.txt
[interface]
show_zoombar=1
gxoff=1
skin="igo_se1"
width=240
height=320
vga=0
basel="igo_se1/320_240/"
uicommon = "igo_se1/common/"
widescreen=1
show_timezoneslider=1
reset_os_timezone=1
[gps]
port=2
baud=9600
Can you please guide me how to upgrade to igo 8 or other gps software?

I have a windows ce 6 chinese car stereo. I have read every thread on this site. I can not seem to get direction on how to install and set up my GPS. I am under the impression that igo is the easiest. I need to have an .exe and north america maps. I need to know exactly what to do with the software i.e. how to set it up on my SD card. Thanks for anyone that will help!!!
I am having the same issue... with the EONON D5115Z (specific to 2010+ Mazda3). everything works, but can not get my position....
I did not have sys.txt... but even found one and tried different ports (port 2 @ 9600 seemed to be the usual). no sat connectivity. argh. Sygic worked real quick, which makes me think it must be software related. anything else to check?
