    Re: Help for absolute beginners

this is embarassing: you know what the problem was? this is quite silly: the GPS did not have reception because I was indoor, as soon as I went on my balcony it connected to the satellite. I think my windows block everything...

Anyhow, thank you very much, sorry for the mix up - and here are 2 other questions (hopefully not as stupid as the 1st one):

    1. how can I make my Mio C520 read SDHC cards? currently it only reads standard SD cards.
    2. how can I ensure that an incoming call pops on my Mio C520 screen when I am in navigation mode on iGO8? is that even possible? say I am on the road, the GPS is on, and somebody calls me. I know that the Mio is equipped with bluetooth.

    Cheers

    Andrei

    Hi andreicraciun,

I can answer to your first question.
The problem is WinCE, for adding support SDHC in WinCE 5.0:

    1-Download "DLL_SDHC_WinCE50.rar" : Download DLL SDHC WinCE50 rar
2-Connect your device (PNA / PDA ..) to your PC using ActiveSync
3-Copy all DLL files in the "\ Windows \" folder of your device
4-Make a soft reset of the device
5-Turn your device. SDHC card is compatible and ready to operate.

Caution: Hard Reset clears these DLL files and restores the original DLL on the device.

All he really needs is MioMap 3.3 to read SDHC.

In Sygic Drive 10 (Dynavin) touching the next maneuver icon, reiterates vocally the next maneuver. Is there a way to do such repetition in Primo 2?

    Hello all

    I have Becker Z302 navi.

I have replaced old iGO8 folder with my clean downloaded one.

I did this on other Becker navi Z203(302 and 203 not the same model ) and works fine

On this one I got big Becker logo on startup, after that iGO8 logo and langugaes start to load on the bottom right corner and then restart and again Becker logo...and so on and so on...

Make sure that you have the proper entries for your device in the sys.txt.

    Re: Help for absolute beginners

Depends on what resolution your device is running..
For the other spec any kit of iGO Primo with proper resolution should work.

    Re: Help for absolute beginners

Hi guys, I don't know why, but I still can't start a new thread so I must post it here. My problem is: I have chinese GPS with Nav n Go iGO 8 (specifically 8.3.2.93112) and WinCE 6, software works ok, but navigation process doesn't. When I'm in Configuration-GPS and press the button in right down corner to detect port and bauds automatically, it reports success (GPS receiver is connected - port 1, 38400 baud, I live in Cetral Europe if may be this a help element). When I look on realtime stats, I have around 11 red satellites, after 20 minutes nothing has changed. I was looking for a solution in crashlog and here's what I found:
