Voice cracks/hacks when it talks ... MIO 269 with igo8

hi guys

i got a problem with my mio 269...

when i updated it to with a new map (igo8) the voice starts to hack,crack call it what ever you want ...

some help whould plzz

Have you tried the other available voices to isolate prob one?

I have typed this in first thing after sound but when I go to GPS there is a notice comes up, unsupported voice, please see the log, is that OK or have I done it wrong? Thanks for any help and advise .

If you're referring to iGO8, then you need a Loquendo voice not LUA or NUA.

Could you tell me where to find the update and how to install it, I used mine in Europa and the breaking voice was driving me daft and sometimes didn't get the route direction because I couldn't make it out.

goes into content\voice. Do not unzip.

Is it the commands file I put in to content/voice and do I remove anything, sorry to be a pain but I'm not the a tech wiz.
