IGO TTS Voices Primo 2.0

Hi just wondered if anyone could answer this question. I have IGO Primo 2.0 working perfectly but for one thing and I am not sure how to fix it.
We have roads that start with ST (Saint) but IGO pronounces them with Street I.E. ST Kilda Road shound be pronounced as Saint Kilda Road but IGO pronounces them with Street Kilda Road. I have standard and TTS voices. is there anyway to reconfigure the pronouncement? so it is correct.
