Found on usenet here:
Use Verbatim or better DVD+R at the lowest speed burning speed possible using book type.
I should also mention that this is my first new thread of navsoft wich can be found on Usenet.
If this is seen as a possitive addition, I'll continue. If not, it's fine by me.
I have just the intention to inform you all where to find navsoft on usenet, as a alternative to "regular hosting sites".
I tried to post as decent possible and will check if some usefull feedback is given qua posting or qua info.
Maybe adjusted Fords Denso or other sw is working evenso on your Jag, but this file is tested working.
Also hereby said that my main goal is to inform Gpsunderground users on where navsoft could be found on usenet, I leave technical support to the more experienced members.
I created a quick how-to-download-with-usenet in my profile.

Thanks BossHog- works like a charm on my Cadillac SRX 2005 (with latest Navi SystemFirmware Update by Dealer ~ 2008) ISO burnt with Alkohol 120 => 4x (slowest Speed)
on Verbatim DL R+ lightscribe. CD Burner = Liteon lightscribe.
Tried it in the City with a few Kilometers. I`ll give a remark when a lot of Kilometers is behind me.
Thanks again
Winnie

I currently use a Landrover Nav DVD in my Mazda 5 with DENSO satnav, would this update also work for me ?
The one in the link below works fine for me, is it compatible with the one discussed (Jaguar XJ S-type)
Land Rover Navigation DVD - East 2009-West 2010 Europe

Instead of posting an annoying and unnecessary question in in the wrong topiv you could have used the search function
