XJ Executive 2000

Who recognized the pictured navigation system in a XJ Executive 2000?

DVD unit is in the trunk although I doubt that it is a DVD system
It looks like a monochrome unit and the original map disc is missing
Any information is appreciated

Y know what is that dvd, y got a foto and y can't make a copy of a 2002 Spain and Portugal Original dvd, strange, i newer find a dvd system with only 2 country's, y cant make a copy of the disc , its not funcional enymore, maybe someone cant halp as with that dvd, maybe someone has a original dvd and will make a copy.
