Multipart RAR and upload to Rapidshare
Just use Fileuploader or Rapidschare manager

Use ImgBurn to create image. Creates both ISO image + MDS file.

Ive got a feeling he was full of s**t and had no intention of posting the info for downloading the latest map.
If he was going to he would have followed the advice and done it well before now

Wouldn't get too excited about this release as the road data is not that better than was supplied with the 2009/2010 disc so if you have this then no point updating. On a plus point, navteq have just released the 2011/2012 disc for the X / old XJ that apparently does have a map update. I don't know anyone with this disk yet as it has only just been released and Jag no longer sell the cars that it is compatible with.
