cyclops + dnx5280

Does anyone know how to "see" or upgrade garmin new cyclops and poi's with dnx5280?
I easily can do it in my nuvi 760 with an SD card but not in the dnx 5280, why?

Hello, anyone there?
I've tried with poiloader to put the new poi's in to a SD card and in to a USB, but the dnx5280 doesn't recognize any poi. Help please, my holidays star august 15 and I can't have poi's in my unit!
The structure in the card is; Garmin/poi/
