I am not sure, at least read at everywhere that can't. coz the panel name is different. I have a landrover/rangerover disc neither that does the job...
for rover the last version is 0420 (SW 3-1/42) which is a told to be stripped down version of the bmw soft... so I would be happier with the above disc, the bmw v32 probably contains soft for the mini and bmw mk1-mk4 and later nav systems like the crap CCC etc

So if you insist to use V32 software, could you tell us, which HW number is for Rover 75?

Rovers software differs from BMW even MK3 is used in both cases. It is impossimle to use BMW s/w for Rover MK3 unit. The only way to do it is reflashing with programmator and ater this you will have MK3 like BMW.
Otherwise you need to look for Rover s/w.

otherwise happy rover owners (both rover75 and landrover+rangerover) would update their nav systems to higher version numbers.... but it is commonly known that for example the last soft for land and range rovers is 0320 and bmw firmware disc is NOT suitable for those systems while the hw is identical and interchangable.
I know a lot of rover75 owners updated or retrofitted nav systems from bmw parts but the original rover75 software on original rover hardware is stuck on version 0420 (or 4.2 as on stickers).
I do know that such units can be recoded, then it probably would accept bmw v32 but i really dont want to recode as it has to work in a rover75...
but more easily, regardless it accepts or not the bmw disc I just wish to have the disc mentioned in the first post
