Navigation SD Card - 2010-2011 from CX7

i have a orginal Navigation SD-Card from a Mazda CX7.
Type SDHC, 4GB. Class 4
Navteq, By Denso

My PC cant read the card (Windows, Linux,..). It seems to be unkown filesystem ...

Is there any chance to clone/copy this SD-Card?

I was wondering the same thing, does anyone know even on which file system does the SD card work on, because it can't be accessed from a PC?

i have a mazda 3 maxx sport maps in SD card.
i've tried reading the card in windows platform and linux. no luck.
i'm wondering if there's anyone has a dvd upgrade disc for maps.
