Mazda Cx-7 West. Eu. Maps Sd card 2009-2010.

Hello I have bought a mazda cx-7. With inbuilt Navi. There is only Western Eu coverage on that. Is it possible to update the system somehow? I can share the maps from my Sd but i do not know hos to do that? Does it need a special program to do that? or is it like Igo, tomtom etc.?

The bad news is:
The card cannot be read in a PC with any Windows Version
It cannot be read in any Mac
It cannot be read in a Linux Redhat PC

Well? Does it work? I would try it but i don't have Linux installed on neither of my PCs or PS3s.
