Dang, wouldn't you know it. I took my baby out for a test drive and neither David or Susan are talking to me. I guess there file needs changed (TTS/Voice) as well. I don't want to guess since there is so much experience here. Asking is easier than guessing.

I think the igo package you downloaded is meant for the MIO C310, which has wince 4.2 O/S, whereas the MIO C220 has wince 5.0 O/S. The TTS Loquendo dll's are different between wince 4.2 and wince 5.0. You will need the TTS Loquendo dll's for wince 5.0

Here are the dll's for loquendo for wince 5.0. Just extract and put on the igo root (same folder where you have the igo executable):
