Mio pocket problems

Hi, tried installing Mio pocket 4 in my chinese (no name) double din car dvd/gps unit. Now the Win CE will not boot up, its frozen on the welcome screen with the loading indicator continuously running at the bottom. The unit runs on Win CE 6.0. I'm desperately trying to reset the unit but no luck. The rest of the unit (radio/cd/bluetooth etc.) are working alright. Can anyone give me some help

1) You install it into sdcard or internal memory.

2) How do you perform the reset.

3) Your device have any USB port available - may need external program to access internal storage.

jethari CECmd.zip--try this.Unzip and copy the card.Starts machine and insert card.If it works, you have access to flash and you can fix what is not.Assuming that you have backup, delete all the flash and backup copies.

My Targa is not happy with full version of Mio pocket, but works fine with light version.

MioPocket 4.0 Rel. 68 (latest version) doesn't run properly on CE 6.0 based devices. MioPocket 4.0 was developed to be used on CE 4.2 and CE 5.0 units.

I am having a problem with my China GPS.

I attempted installing Mio Pocket but not with satisfactory results.

Now when I attempt to access the Windows CE Base system the system will not respond.

How do I completely revert the system back to defaults and remove all traces of Mio Pocket from the system?

Is there a way to remotely access the Windows CE File structure via the USB?

hi,

i have a complete other problem and i was hopen u guy's could help me. i have a mio c520 running igo8 and now i also have a mio spirit 575 live tmc. im trying to run igo8 on the spirit but it keeps hanging on boot.

for the information: i installed miopocket 4.0 build 68 and copy'd the igo8 folder from the c520 to the spirit. altered the sys.txt so it would startup igo8 and it does but keeps hanging at the line lanuages.
