With a little bit of file switching, you can make your own copies of a set of 3 DVD's 2010 for the Mitsubishi navigation in the Grandis
Depending on the latest version, a complete update will be performed indicated by a red progress bar. This may take about 5 minutes
- Download the 3 images for Volvo P2001 system (MMM)http://gpsunderground.com/forum/show...=1935#post1935
- http://linksave.in/1617704734c4c0973c013a
- Download replacement files loading.kwi and param2.me
- http://rapidshare.com/files/416202627/Grandis_kwi.rar
- Open any of the 3 images with UltraISO or Magic ISO
- Delete loading.kwi and param.kwi from the image
- Insert the new loading.kwi and param2.me
- Insert the CSV files from this post http://gpsunderground.com/forum/show...6548#post36548
- Change th disk label to EU-10W20-02 A ( or B or C)
- Save the image
- Write to DVD9 using Verbatimm Arita or Philips DVD+R DL and Imgburn
- Insert the DVD into the DVD reader under the right hand seat
The resulting DVD's should be suitable for
- MP-8000 (Mitsubishi PartNo: MZ313040)
- MP-8100 (Mitsubishi PartNo: MZ313065)
- MP-8200 (Mitsubishi PartNo: MZ313507)
- MP-8210 (Mitsubishi PartNo: MZ313601)

That is exactly what I expected.
There is only one type of Denso navigation fitted into the Grandis
The model operates with Remote Control

Hi. Which is a good DVD of the year 2007 mitsubishi grandis touch screen? Thanks
Gazo, many thanks for the solution.
I tried two month ago also a lot with VolvoDVD's, but I had no success.
Your solution works, but only partially.
I can not search patrol stations, kino etc. along a street or near.
Have other users the same?
Bye
Maik
Hi,
I found the solution that searching of POI's, patrol stations, bank station's etc. also work along the route or near the route.
In the IDX-folder the file SYSDFEU.CSV is required and must also be added with UltraISO.
The file is different from old DVD's and also different for every new DVD.
I have adapted this for all 3 DVD's.
You can download it from here:
http://rapidshare.com/files/426030031/SYSDFEU_DVD_A.CSV
http://rapidshare.com/files/426027941/SYSDFEU_DVD_B.CSV
http://rapidshare.com/files/426030013/SYSDFEU_DVD_C.CSV
Please rename the file to SYSDFEU.CSV and add this with UltraISO to IDX-folder of the related A,B or C-VOLVO-DVD.
All other equal to the first thread of Gazo.
Bye
Maik

This is a very nice modification to the existing solution
If you have the original DVD's could you please upload a HD scan of the labels and cover?

Gazo,
I only have the first DVD from 2005 in Original (there was all on one DVD).
If anyone is interested I could upload this, but the Volvo DVD are much better.
I have adapted the CSV files from the Outlander MMCS.
Maik
It would be cool if u could upload this. I have grandis 2005 but navi witch i have is completly empty, and I dont have and DvD.
If you follow the instructions in the first post, you an make your own DVD's
You do not need an original
