thank u again, but there is something about this version of CE that doesnt like the que.exe
program doesnt run from the script, no splash screen, no crash errors
and executing que.exe directly still reports not a valid winCE application.

appreciate the help, for now Ill concede that the garminxt thats available isnt compatible.

Hi, tried #1, some change

Gives "Please Insert Garmin XT data card msg. I checked my xml for correct paths, deleted registry errors , made sure I had fonts correct , changed sup to "THAI"
im sure naming of card bein non standard is isuue .

I have NOT tried locked/crack version #2 yet. will later.

have tried number 1, improvement , app at least tries to run , but fails with "Please Insert garmin XT data card"
I deleted all registry keys, modified my xml for all correct paths, mad sure I had fonts, tried changing sup to "THAI"

will try number 2 later...

so, i gave up beating my head against wall and went at it a different way

one registry entry in windows controls the volume name when u insert an SD card

change HKLM/system/storage manager/profiles/SDmemory/Folder
value from "SDMMC Card" to SDMMC , and voila, this unit confirms with the rest of the world

card name/volume is now simply "SDMMC"

(posting just in case others can solve all this app decompiling/embedded name issue in the same way)

1. test this package modify for SD MEMORY and could setting , not loose when run next time

change Que.exe in WM and Garmin.MSCR in RunGMXT

2. if OK you can make English Menu by
