navigon help with voice recongnition

hi i have on a win ce navigon 7.4.0 build 648
and added maps North America Maps Q1.2012
and the maps are working fine
but when i try using voice entry and try to set a destination it always says
no voice recognition is available for the country
is there anyway to fix this
or a good update to navigon software with voice recognition for wince 5
