I've got Navigon 3.5.0 on my Android (HTC wildfire).
Now I got some new map files, among with a few NFS files.
The android installation has a Map folder with the map files and a Data folder with NFS files.
Do I copy the new NFS files into the Data folder or into the Map folder?
Hopefully someone can answer my question...
TT GO 910 - SE 9.056.542741.2 - Europe 910.4892
TT XXL - NC 9.510.1234792.2 - Western Europe 910.4956
LG Optimus G E975 TomTom 1.2 - Navigon 4.9.0
I might give it a try. But Navigon isnt very stable right now with the map downloaden via their own tool...
Crashes frequently when I calculates the route.
hello mate. i have an htc desire z how did u put 3.5.0 in ur wildfire? i tried to follow some guide where u change the version.xml file but i keep getting error in navigon fresh and it tells me i cant find any maps...can u plz help me?
same thing with me i can see all europe maps but no americas.
I read on another forum that in order to run North America Maps on Navigon under Android that you must use Navigon Version 2.5.1. The newer version do not support the North America maps yet. I am installing on an Archos 70 Internet Tablet with a Qstarz 818XT external CPS Satellite receiver. Since I need Canada and US maps, I am going to install 2.5.1 and I will update you to let you know how it works.
Today just as I was about to post the message above, I found a post on yet another forum from a fellow who installed Navigon North America Maps version 3.5.3. I will try installing that tonight and I will let you know how it goes.
I've got Navigon MobileNavigator 2.6.1 on my Android (HTC wildfire).
