Hi Dear friends. this is Latest version of Navitel Navigator v5.5.1.0 For WinCE.
Maybe some crashes in some devices.
it is cracked and NO Map included

P.S: it is COM1 and Baud Rate 57600. if your device uses different COMPort and Baud Rate you can use "change Navitel COMPort" folder for adjusting the suitable Navitel.exe for your Device.

What’s new in Navitel Navigator 5.5.1.0:

Route line with traffic indication! Now it’s even more easy to get traffic information , while driving.
New design of display pages “Satellites” and exchanging SMS-messages is implemented.
Font in program menu settings and information dashboard was enlarged.
Size of switches was enlarged in menu “Settings”.
Improved routing algorithm allows to avoid “loops”, while route planning, taking into account traffic data.
Map search at menu “Search” was moved to the end of the list.
For Android devices option of sound channel selection for audio playback was added.
Bug with incorrect warnings about speeding was fixed.
Bug with route planning at the mode “The fastest” was fixed.
Stability and performance of Navitel Navigator were increased.

The content of the "change Navitel speed" folder maybe shown as Virus in some antivirus software.if your device works with COM1 and 57600 Baud there is no need to patch the Navitel.exe file.if your device uses different COMPort don't worry about it. disable your antivirus auto protect for a few seconds and then patch the Navitel.exe ....after patching you can enable auto protect of your antivirus software.

It's not working in my chinese headunit with WIN CE 5.0.
It seem for Win CE 6.0 or Win Mobile.
