Navman F10 where do i down load tom tom maps as mega upload seems to be defunct

Hi guys
i have just been given my dads old sat nav its a navman F10 I have downloaded the program mio moov unlock but dont know where to go from here which maps i should use and where i should get them i have read all the threads on here and it seems that all the links appear to be for mega upload which is now not available has anyone came across them on pirate bay or the like
if anyone has any information i would be so grateful

just UK and Ireland would be great is that covered in western Europe or is UK a download in itself

The new maps for UK and ireland for wince aren't released with meta codes yet.
