all navman unlock!!!

Hi guys I am new to the world of Satnav unlocking and need some well heeded advice if at all possible!!

I have visited the site in the OP and as far as unlocking my Navman s30 goes....it seems a complete doddle. The part that is REALLY getting me down is the lack of info/tutorials AND software to put in place of the native Navman app. All I want is some up to date maps and don't really care what app I use!!

Igo8 is one name that seems to pop up a lot but I cannot find this anywhere on the net at all. Can anyone advise me as to what would be the best app to install and where to get it?
