Yes iGO and Primo will work on the S70 after you have unlocked it.

I have a Navman S30 and a S50 3D and having trouble finding updates. Is it possible to change them to IGO and is there a guide on how to do this. I have some understanding of gps systems updating maps on the tomtom and Garmin systems. I would welcome any feedback on the possibilities for my navmans. Many thanks in advance.

The S50 will run Primo and the S30 should be able to run iGO8.3
You will need to unlock your devices: http://navmanunlocked.wikispaces.com/Unlock and also read up on how to create shortcuts (there is a link to it on that page) Tomtom will also work on these devices. Send me a pm if you run into problems.

But then you loose the original software? Why not just unlock it with navman unlock or miopocket and run tomtom, sygic, iGO8 etc from an sd card?

Hi, I have tried to use this program on my S50 following all of the instructions on the read me but I can't get it to work. When I turn the S50 on now, all I get is the Navman first screen (with the photo of the girl in the car) then that goes off leaving the symbol that indicates the S50 is connected to the computer even when it isn't. I would be grateful for any advice. Thanks

Seems odd. Can you connect to your PC and restore your backup? Or use the program again to lock it and then try again.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I tried to reinstall my back-up but the S50 won't work, still only get the first screen then the usb screen. Tried to run the Mio moov program again but all I get is an error message saying that no mio moov device is connected. Been trying it all afternoon but no joy,

Perhaps try to unlock it with miopocket using an sd card. (the name of the folder you will need to use will be S50)
