You do not have 9 images but 9 parts of a multipart archive file
Use Winrar to open the first part 01 and extract the ISO file

The single ISO file should then be opened in Imgburn and witten to disk

    Good luck

I opened it the image of part01 with ImgBurn, I set the speed X2, and I burned the CD. Can you tell me if the screenshot files in the below link should appear on my CD? I ask because I brought the CD into the system and tells me NO DISC. Thanks for your help and for your time.

You cannot open any rar file with with Imgburn. You must extract the ISO first with Winrar
You should indeed have the 5 files as you show

But are you shure that you indeed require a cd like this one?
Do you have an original CD and are the files identical?

Ok, it seems that I have not explained properly and I apologize. Here are the steps I followed: I downloaded the 9 files Winrar Eastern Europe, I unpacked the ISO from all, I opened ISO part01 with ImgBurn , I set the speed on x2, mode2, and I burned the CD. It is true I have 5 files on CD, the image of the link, but when I put the CD in the system of navigation told me NO CD. Sorry if I'm boring, but I did not handle it and see that you just deal with this, after all I have to succeed. Thanks and have little patience with me.

Now I saw the last two sentences of the post. I honestly do not know that I need. As I said navigation unit is MK3, the display is 4 / 3 monochrome, and the car is the BMW E46 2001. Please tell me what software I need Eastern Europe? Thanks

Here are files that I have a CD that I have me and you have the car when I bought it, but not original. See link below:

I think the cd you have must be a TeleAtlas copy

What you do seems to be right but if you extract the 9 rar files you will never get an ISO file part 1
After extraction you will have just one large ISO file of 700Mb OostEurpoa2010_2011.ISO
If not, you are still doing something wrong

    Hi again,Gazo and all,
First I want to ask if this software from Navteq, the 9 parts Eastern Europe, is what I need for my navigation MK3? On the other hand, I started again winrar to unpack each turn. Part 01 was ok, but when I unpacked part 02 and I selected the same place to unpack, same with part 01, asked me if I want to replace the previous ISO, with the ISO I want to unpack from part02, because both have same name. is it okay? Thanks

You are still doing things the wrong way. Very silly indeed
DO NOT UNPACK EACH PART SEPARATELY that is the most stupid thing you can do

Open Winrar File-Open and go to the directory where the 9 rar files are located
Select the first part and enter
Then you will see that there is an ISO file of 700 Mb
Go to the icon EXTRACT and select a directory and enter

If you still don't get a result I am aftraid you are beyond help
This is my last attempt to help you. You are consuming to much time and energy

Finally I understood and was able to burn CDs and works perfectly. I think the first time I burned CDs that I used too much speed x2, now I set the speed to x1 and Works. Thanks for your time and precise explanations, and I hope to keep in touch here and in the future, if there is something new or maybe I need tips. Thanks and congratulations for doing a good job here.

Are the images compatible with a MS 4400 system?
