    Navteq Opel CD70 2011-2012 10 CD set

I don't see a topic on this here - to save duplication, everyone, check this topic in the Navteq forum:
    Europackage - VDO Dayton non C-IQ CD-Pack v.2011/2012

They are not even remotely the same!
Although the Navteq Non C-IQ CD's can be used in the CD70/DVD90 units without any issue there are some noticeable differences:
    • Every CD70 CD also includes Major Roads of Europe
    • CD70 CD's also include postal codes
    • There is a total of 9 CD's for CD70 as opposed to 10 for the other series
    • Navteq Central Europe is called Alps in CD70 edition
    • Navteq Eastern Europe is called Central Europe in CD70 edition and includes Greece
    • Navteq's Eastern Europe coverage is larger than the CD70 edition. It also covers Poland, Baltic States, Bulgaria and Rumania,

    Thanks for the addition Gazo.

I personally find the CD70 cd's better than the vdo ones.

Not if you are living in one of the Eastern European countries mentioned earlier
And secondly, they are considerably more expensive

How do you know which navigation you actually have?
If the unit does not recognize the CD70 language CD it may not be the CD7- but any other unit that was once fitted in the Vectra
What is the year of built?

    If it is CD70

In Vectra also NCDC2013/2015 can be found and Philips CarIn3000, which is "dinosaur" age.
If it is NCDC also the NCDR CD's would work but no extra language CD is required or even exists.

    Not correct.
The unit is called NCDR 3000 and consisted of a radio display with a Carin 530 computer

    Not correct!
Yhe NCDR 2010-2011 edition has a separate update CD which MUST be used to change the language since the regular cd's no longer allow this setting!
