Micro SD card is not recognized by GPS after copying image onto it
I have a Navigon/NDrive GPS in my Mitsubishi ASX which is also the entertainment system at the same time.
My MP3 collection is about 50GB so I bought a 64GB Micro SD card, formatted it with FAT32, created an image of the original 4GB Micro SD card where the GPS files and map are stored on (I used several image/clone programs to do that) and placed those images back onto the 64GB card. When I put that card into the car's GPS, it shows me off road and when I want to drive somewhere, it shows me the map version details and nothing else. At that stage I did not even put the MP3 files onto the card. In Properties on the PC it shows as a 4GB card (despite in Disk Management it shows me the true size of 64GB).
I own the map, paid for it and all I want to do is placing the GPS data/map onto a bigger Micro SD card so I can put all my MP3 files onto it as well.
I assume the original card has some sort of coding included which doesn't transfer over to the bigger card?
Can anyone help how to resolve it?

Your infotainment system may have troubles of recognising your new 64 GB SD card. Most probably your card is SDXC standard and that's slightly different as SDHC which is most common standard for SD cards with less capacity (32GB for example..)
