    Re: Insignia NS-NAV02 - A brief review

Thanks ... I checked my sys.txt file and I already have those numbers in. Then I saw this post of yours which has different numbers for the CNV43 (which is what I have):
    Low Memory using iGo Primo

However right now I have a bigger problem. I decided to format the card and copy everything from scratch into it, and now I get a fatal error upon primo boot at the US Pennsylvania fbl map. I have no idea what is going on. Formatted twice already, copied things over, still the same issue. I am panicking! Maybe I should try downloading the maps again, it will take a day or two ...

Well, the fatal error has gone away. I rebooted my machine, did a low level format of the SD card, did a check disk, then copied things over one by one slowly.

In case the memory error appears again, which set of numbers should I use? The ones you recommended above, or earlier in the "Low Memory using iGo Primo" thread? Any other hints?

Finally, with the new high definition DEM files, do I just delete everything under the DEM folder and put the new ones in? Do the file names matter? (for example should it be UnitedStates.dem or United_States.dem?). Should these be called from sys.txt?

    Thanks so much again.

Use the last set of memory parameters that I gave you.

The name doesn't seem to matter. IGO must look deeper into the file to find the identity. Delete the other dem files or save them on your pc.

Thanks, will do. Is there any way to just make the warning message to go away? It's not as if it affects GPS operation. I tap on the OK button (to permit use of storage memory) and it goes away, and all is well, but it's just annoying.

When the memory parameters are right, the warning will go away.
