I could not find Microsoft ActiveSync`compatible with windows 7 .Do you know some thing else or should I find different software . My laptop has a windows 7 . Please let me know after I find some thing how to set up my DVD unite ? thanks .

... To explore it you have to:
Install Microsoft ActiveSync if you have Windows XP OR Windows Mobile Device Center if you have Windows Vista or 7. Then conect your gps and syncronize. After syncronize you can explore WinCE of your gps.

I download but it is not compatible with windows 7 driver can't install i tried with 2 laptop nothing and can't see DVD .The other problem I got the unite can't see sd card when I download any pictures or movie .The unite has 2 place for SD card one for GPS and other for picture or movie but can't see the SD card shows same thing Nandflash . It is tribal ok .Any idea ? thanks

Looks like you are in the same bout with me

I also bought such navi and having same problems. Also i got Nandflash and cannot change anything in Navi unit. It is a problem with WInce software. Any changes in card will not help you.
I also still not solve this problem. How about you? Did you?

P.S.
I also have more problems with this unit, like bluetooth not working, MMC card not reading and etc.

Did you try another SD card? My double din wont read from a SD card if it has HC written on it but it will read from others fine.

I have same problem I can not sync my device with my labtop because I think its from the wince

Not sure this is the answer to your problem but my Eonon (Chinese) " Din can't read SD cards greater than 2gb in the GPS SD card slot.
