Cadillac BLS 2008 Navtec Europe update

I'm looking for update for my Cadillac BLS year 2008. It's a touch screen double Din system. It's using 2 disks for Europe, West and East. The disk are from 2007.
Who can give me information about what to download. Would it be possible to put it all on 1 Disk ?
The language is only in English, would it be possible to have it in Dutch ? ? ?

I have some additional info: The Cadillac is produced in the SAAB factory in Sweden and is using 40% Parts of SAAB 9-3 ( maybe also the NAV )
When I take out the disk, the screen comes out and turns downwards ( I read that this would be Delphi system instead of Denso ? ? ?)
Can anyone help ? ? ?

Hi,

The navigation for Cadilllac BLS are the same with Saab 9-3. You can use the navigation dvd from saab 9-3.
