SD card not loading on double din head unit

Hi guys my sat nav was working fine when I installed my Chinese head unit but do not use it as my journies are local, went to use it last weekend and it comes up no satnav software found, I go to set up to reload it and it comes up Nandflash I have tried reset button also dissconected the unit from power sauce overnight but just the same.
The SD card has sat in the unit since instillation when I tried it and it worked fine so I am assuming it couldn't get corrupted? any thoughts or a fix would be greatly appreated

Did you ever figure this out? I seem to have the same issue. It's almost as if the button isn't mapped to the application anymore.
