ProNav Pnn200 few questions, please help

Hi everyone looking for a bit help, friend of mine have pronav pnn200 and I'm straggling to find answer to his question, the unit is not the most reliable on software and maps side of things so looking for update, I had a great help from this site before about tomtom's but can't find any info on the unit above, anyone can help?
