I have a PNA/ GPS box that is connected to my Pioneer sound system. Brand is Netlynx. Runs on WinCE 5.0 and comes preloaded with AGIS maps. BUT unfortunately both companies have folded and I am left with no support. I tried various methods provided by bros here. But it just cannot run other navigation programs.
It always prompt cannot find NAVIMAIN or NAVIMAIN.exe is missing. Do I need to unlock the unit?
Since I don't know anything about this brand, but have tons of experience with various gps systems, I'll try to help you out anyway. First of all - is your current navigation software on SD card or it's entirely on device flash disk? Anyway It would be very helpful if you can provide some screens about the current file structure on SD or flash disk, than we can move forward..
Let me provide a brief description while I try to send some screens on the sd. I am not able to gain access to the flask disk of the PNA. SD card contents - just a NAVI folder then a usual NAVIMAIN.exe and those usual .dll stuff etc. But the NAVIMAIN.exe is actually an AGIS.exe file which is huge.
A bro ever asked me to try to run IGO and rename its .exe file to NAVIMAIN.exe but same issue still persist. It keeps prompting cannot find NAVIMAIN, one or more of its component is missing. I tried Papago and its the same issue.
That's strange. In most cases new navigation (iGO or any other) with properly renamed main folder and .exe file should work! If it doesn't work for you, there must be some additional .exe check which prevents it's execution..but that would be really odd and I have never experienced this behaviour on any winCE unit so far. Also I'm not quite sure what you mean by this:

Do you have 2 .exe files inside NAVI folder? If so, than I suspect that NAVIMAN.exe is main shell which you must leave intact, and the AGIS.exe should be the navigation program which could be swapped with iGO..In any case, some screens would make better understanding from my point of view..
Just noob in the community.
I desperately need help on the the Chinese car DVD GPS Witson W2-D1908T my boss gave me. It is from his Toyota Hi-lux 4x4 2010 model replaced by aftermarket brand. All of the Witson Functions are good except the Navi Gps. My problem is the original Sd card is not with the unit, when I ask him about it he told me he had misplaced it and can't find it anymore. Now I don't know how to go about it. I download the iGo8 software form this community and still can't get it working. When you open the Navi Path it shows \Guider4u\guider.exe. I'm not a techy guy, cam you please help me on how to go about it. PLEASE....
