Hello i downloaded the map; and when i try too install the map at my gps becker z203 i can't he don't reconize the map at internal memory and at external memory(4gb µsdcard)
I need help pleaz
if anyone help me

If you device is a Z203, this maps are not for it. Look in igo maps

There is no map of Turkey and there never will be any map.
Support was stopped completely and no more updates will be published for any portable Becker Navigation!

This is not fully true Gazo, for the later models wich use Igo as software is fully support, these units works with a content manager and with that manager the user is able to download/buy maps.
But these units can also be cracked so that every igo map can be used.
The models that are called here are the old one models wich use MN5 as base or 78XX 79XX ZXX use MN6 OEM as base, but it is not possible to run other map from MN6 on these models, there is a sort of checksum/check in the map file.
I have tryed to run the becker map on a MN6 system and that will not work.
So the security check must be in the map file.
The V3 from here is Q2-2009.

Hopefully someone will ever sort out how to get the normal MN6 map to work on these becker models.

I am a new user. I own a Becker Traffic Assist Highspeed II 7988. The maps are old (about 2006?) I wanted to download the new maps, followed your link "Download Rapidshare BeckerAssisV30" but it didn't work. Only the iLivid Downloadmanager was istalled an my PC. I don't know, how to go on. Would it be possible, that you tell me, what I have to do exactly, as I am not very good in these things. Thank you very much! Fred_Jupiter

My statement refers only to the models listed in the topic's title and the official updates from Becker and in that respect, is still fully correct
What you refer to is hacking the unit and get it to run other software which is beside the point I made

I keep getting an error during the install. I have tried using the becker installation program to load the maps onto the unit but it keeps failing. Also tried a straight copy of the maps onto the sd card but still no luck! Anything I can do?
