    Magellan Maestro 3200 error message

GPS was working great until I decided to change the welcome screen to a pic of my daughter. I really must have screw it up now it wont even let me connect it to my computer to correct it. Right after the first screen with the bar goes away the message reads Fatal Application Error, Application mgnShell.exe has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. The tags on the bottom read Program: mgnShell.exe, Exception: 0xC000005, Address: 001378C4. If anybody can help that would be great I'm very new to this stuff so I need detailed instructions. I know you guys are the best and I sure hope my mistake wont ruin my whole gps.

I've also got one. Mine tells me that the Navigator is not compatible. It does this now after I updated the firmware that I got from the Magellan site. Grrrrrrrr
