EU navigation disc for Corvette C6

I asked the same question in another topic but no one responds, so let's try on this way.

Q: I need a GM navigation disc with EU maps (map of Croatia required) for C6 or some other maps compatible with this unit in car. Car is 2007.
I don't know which maps to download so please help!

You have to find the maker of your Navigation System and maybe a map from other car will work.

Do you have the original DVD, so see who is the maker? (ex: Denso, Becker, Alpine etc)

Also, a screenshot with the file content of the DVD.

I tried the maps for Saab and Land Rover - nothing. I use Verbatim blank discs, burnt at 2,4x

Sorry, but I don't have a original disc. The man said (guy who sold us car) that he had lost it but i don't believe in this story. He sold it probably

I still have not found a maps that would work, still help needed...
I can't believe that no one before has needed a maps of Europe for C6... It's not the only one in EU

It look to be working on the Cadillac SRX 2005 to 2007 who use the same navi as i know.
