What deference papago x3 and x5

my device use papago x3.....so may i upgrade to papago x5... tq

what device do you use?
if you using original papago device, it is advisable for you go to authorized dealer to upgrade or you might brick your device if you try to upgrade yourself.
but if you using ordinary china gps (and depend on the device's spec too) then you may try to install x5se or x7 reality in your sd card.

i use car kits 7" double din... made in china...but i can use latest map...

then dont upgrade but install another navi apps (garmin xt, x5se, x7 reality, igo etc), leave x3 as it is, just in case other navi can't run on your device. read the relevant sub-forum/thread for apps & istallation.
you must also edit your main menu so that you can access your newly installed navi apps.

Papago X3 version is vendor loaded for specific device under them.
Do not upgrade or change your software unnecessarily as it will void your warranty or updates.

Unless otherwise on devices not preloaded with vendors' software -
the choice of version is yours to your device requirements.

Take note - Papago vendors has specific versions for different countries in conjunction to language and maps use.
Limitations to maps updates are more important then the software itself.
Modified maps has short coming to road search lost, offsets or other inaccuracies.
