There is no baud rate at 1200.
Check it properly.
Lowest possible is 4800

bro Airion, i confirmed by executing the (AutoDetectGPS 1.0), the result is confirmed : Port 2 Speed 1200, can you help to provide the working happyfile ? the program start up ok, except can't lock the satelite and the whole program was running at very slow respond, have to wait like 6~10sec to get the next screen appear after pressing a button, thanks.

Papago cannot set to baud 1200. Lowest baud is 4800.
What GPS are you using.
