Papago R6100

i'm using papago r6100 x7 wince6.
i need to add garmin into my device..
how to edit the lunchpad,ceDesktop,or anything related to..
can someone guide me..

before this i'm able to add papago&garmin into LOKATOO A903 device(lot of guide out there..)
but for the Papago R6100 still cant..
